Service Description

This is a condensed version of our Wellness Retreat. Here, you will learn to listen to your body for what it needs to rest, relax or heal. You can choose from the array of activities that we offer; from hiking, swimming, yoga, and meditation. Each 1-Day Retreat runs from 8am - 5pm, with a break in the middle for lunch (provided), There will also be snack throughout the day. Example Itinerary: 7:45 am - Check In 8:00am - Introduction/Opening Ceremony 9:00am - Yoga & Meditation 10:15am - Snack 10:30am - Hiking 12:00pm - Lunch 1:00pm - Hot Tub/Cold Plunge 1:30pm - Earthing/Nature Walk 2:00pm - Kayaking 3:15pm - Snack 3:30pm - Yoga Nidra 4:30pm - Self Reflection/Journaling 5:00pm - Home Time
